On pg. 3 under Domestic is a report stating: ...St. Louis...shows a tide of emigration to the upper part of Missouri. It was stated by a gentleman traveller who arrived at that place...that in the course of two days he fell in with between sixty and seventy wagons. The emigrants are represented as being generally wealthy, and from Kentucky with slaves. Other news of the day includes: "Revival In Athens College" "Trials For Witchcraft" and more. 4 pages in good condition.
