NILES' WEEKLY REGISTER, Baltimore, Oct.  7, 1820  Nearly half of the front page is taken up with a report of the: "New Bank In Tennessee".
Inaise has a nice and detailed account of the extent and inventory of: "The Navy off rte United States" noting the number of various ships, their names, sizes, and various other details. Included is a chart of the numbers, types, pay required for all on board, costs for provisions, clothing, repairs, hospital stores, etc. A nice over-view of the extent and costs of maintaining the Navy.
Sixteen pages, 6 12 by 11 inches, nice condition.

As noted in Wikipedia, this title: "...(was) one of the most widely-circulated magazines in the United States...Devoted primarily to politics...considered an important source for the history of the period."
