Has a nice masthead which includes a woodcut featuring Benjamin Franklin flying a kite and more. Larger folio-size, 4 pgs. Lite dampstaining in the right half affects each leaf, lower right part of the second leaf is trimmed a bit close causing minor loss to a few ads, minor tears in the right margin, traces of foxing.
