This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "Count Zeppelin and Count Haessler at German Manoeuvres."

In this issue, there are several articles including "Harvesting the Harvest Hands" by George Creel; "The German Bluff" by Henry Wickham Steed; "Let Us Realise" by Arnold Bennett; "Obregon" by Allene Tupper Wilkes and "Football Artillery" by Herbert Reed.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including a half page illustration titled "Rollin Kirby's Conception of a Zeppelin Attack"; the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "The Martyr City" by Boardman Robinson and "Pen and Inklings--Willie in Paris" by Oliver Herford.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
