GAZETTE OF THE UNITED STATES, Phila., Dec. 25, 1790 The photo shows the first five parts of a Plan Of A National Bank, As laid before the House of Representatives of the United States by the Secretary of the Treasury. There is a total of twenty-four meticulously detailed parts in the plan. On February 25, 1791 President George Washington would sign the bill chartering the Bank of the United States. Occasional lite foxing, otherwise in very good condition.
