Acid-free tape mend to an irregular tear near the masthead, plus a small, barely noticeable tape mend in the text of the address, otherwise very good. Nice to have in a Washington paper.

The masthead has a very nice Christmas theme. The ftpg. also has two Christmas poems & a print: "The Mistletoe Bough". Near the back is a very nice illustrated ad for "Monterey, Cal.", considered the "Queen of American Watering Places..." (see photos).
