I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.

Background: Following his arrest on July 22, 1991, Jeffrey Dahmer was placed under strict administrative segregation and 24-hour suicide watch at the Milwaukee County Jail, physically separated from the general population due to extreme concern over vigilante justice and self-harm. However, despite being isolated in a private cell, Dahmer remained subjected to intense verbal hostility from neighboring prisoners who exploited the jail’s ventilation shafts, plumbing systems, and steel doors to hurl death threats, intense homophobic slurs, and dark monikers—most notably dubbing him "the chop-chop man" and "the butcher". Contemporary wire reports from mid-August 1991 highlighted how these acoustic taunts reflected the profound outrage within the facility, forcing guards to clear entire corridors whenever Dahmer was escorted for psychiatric evaluations or legal consultations. This early period of imprisonment stood in stark contrast to his later years at Columbia Correctional Institution, marking a phase where Dahmer was not the tormentor, but rather the isolated recipient of constant verbal attacks from inmates reacting to the horrifying revelations of his crimes.
