I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.

Background: On August 6, 1991, Milwaukee prosecutors formally filed 8 additional counts of first-degree intentional homicide against serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, a critical procedural turning point that cemented the astounding scale and severity of his crimes after his initial July 22 arrest. Coming just twelve days after he was initially charged with four murders, this swift expansion of the prosecution's case reflected the gruesome discoveries made by forensic investigators inside Dahmer's Oxford Apartments residence, where physical evidence and human remains were systematically identified. The addition of these charges dramatically altered the legal scope of the trial, escalating the charges to 12 at the time and ultimately building toward 15 homicide counts in Wisconsin (plus a 16th in Ohio). This pivotal hearing laid the evidentiary foundation that dismantled any plausible defense, directly propelling the landmark 1992 trial where a jury rejected his plea of legal insanity, resulting in 15 consecutive life sentences and permanently shifting public awareness around law enforcement oversight and serial violent crime.
