Inside has a report noting in part: "The trade of America seems to be in a most deplorable state...". Also mention that, among others, Alexander Hamilton has been appointed to serve on a commission to create a document on trade with other nations. Another item mentions: "Lord Cornwallis, the hero of York-Town, has been lately appointed Governor-General in India."
The back page has a report concerning Ben Franklin, that a person who gifted him some wine was accused of poisoning Franklin since he became ill shortly after the gift.
Four pages, a very handsome masthead makes this nice for display. Never-trimmed margins with wide margins, a few small holes at the blank spine, very nice condition.
