A newspaper printed on orange cloth...
FREDERICKTOWN FREE PRESS, Ohio, October. 18, 1879 This would rank among the more unusual newspapers we have discovered, as it is printed on orange cloth. The print quality is very good and the quality of the material is very good as well. The text of pages 1 and 4 is printed only, with pages 2 and 3 left blank, likely due to the technical difficulty of printing inside.
We find no mention of the reason for this curiosity, so we can only assume it was an experiment by a printer who wondered if it could be done.
Four pages (2 and 3 are blank), 12 by 18 1/4 inches, nice condition.
