This report is an investigation into the battle before the Committee of Investigation.
Inside has: "New Orleans Attacked" "Capture of The President", being the U.S.S. President, Stephen Decatur commander, by the British ship Endymion.
Four pages, some staining mostly near the margins, good condition.
