This is followed by a report; "From Capt. Chauncey to the Secretary of the Navy" which has further details on the capture of York, signed by him in type: Isaac Chauncey, and followed by the: "Terms of Capitulation".
Other War of 1812 content includes an item concerning the death of General Pike.
