Page 3 has the address of the Senate to George Washington in response to his state of the union address, which is then acknowledged by a brief letter signed in type: G. Washington. Also on pg. 3 is the address of the House of Representatives to the President, to which the President again responded, signed by him in type: G. Washington.
Page 3 also has a report from General Harmar on the battle with the Miami Indians, and a letter signed Alex. M'Gillivray, leader of Creek Indians, and also a letter signed by General A. St. Clair datelined at Fort Washington. As part of the detailed report is a chart of the killed & wounded.
Four pages, damp staining near the margins, a tiny hole at the fold juncture at the front leaf, otherwise in good condition.
