The back page has its: "Purpose" noted as: "To do for the anti-militaristic cause what the cosmopolitan newspapers are doing for the militaristic cause---namely to give publicity to all cases of military injustice, to expose all legislation which threatens the right of free speech and free conscience, to reveal government hypocrisy, to attack boldly & franklin all manifestations of imperialism, to strive for an early & lasting peace, and to lead the individual to the realization that 'The Government' has no real existence save in his being and in his sanction."
Complete in 16 pages, 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches, never bound nor trimmed, various foxing and/or some staining.
