This is a hand-written deed dated March 15, 1799 in which a Kedy McSherry purchased a plot of ground in Fayette County, Pennsylvania for $73.19.
A single sheet, 12 1/4 by 15 1/2 inches, various mends & repairs at the several folds, damp staining and foxing, several breaks at the folds.
