THE SPECTATOR, New York, March 20, 1799  Page 3 has a report from the Quasi-War with France: Truxton's Victory" as well as an: "Extract of a letter from Captain Stephen Decatur..." dated at the "Gulph of Florida".
Page 3 also has a curious item noting in part: "...Mr. Liston has news from Jamaica, late date from Europe, which gives a confirmation of the murder of Buonaparte and the beginning of hostilities...". This was not true.
Four pages, irregular at the spine margin from disbinding.
