* Weather-balloon (cover story?)
The front page has a one column heading: "Flying Disk Gives Army Dizzy Whirl" the second paragraph begins with: "The press agent put out an unequivocal announcement that a flying disk had been found on a New Mexico ranch and was in army possession..." Coverage continues on page 12 where it is mentioned (cover story?) that it was merely a weather balloon and includes a photo. Another related photo is on the back page. (see)
Complete with 40 pages, light toning and minor swear at the margins, some small binding holes along the spine, generally in nice condition.
