Rare Ohio River steamboat newspaper from 1870...

THE CHARMER, printed for the "Steamer Charmer" as noted in the dateline, May 20, 1870  A quite rare steamboat newspaper which published weekly: "...and circulated by the Steamer Charmer along both sides of the Ohio River, from Marietta to Cincinnati & furnished daily to the passengers on the boat...". The back page has a nice print of the paddle-wheeler "Charmer" with its schedule on the Ohio River. The officers of the Charmer are listed as well.
The ftpg. includes a note from the Charter which includes: "No pains are spared by the officers of the Charmer to minister to the comfort ^ pleasure of their passengers. the staterooms are roomy & are kept in te neatest order...The berths will be found sweet & clean...For ladies the accommodations of the Charmer are unsurpassed by any steamer on Western waters..." with more.
Also a report concerning the financial situation of Mrs. Lincoln.
Four pages, 12 by 15 1/2 inches, nice condition.
