GENTLEMAN'S MAGAZINE, London, October, 1800  Near the back is news headed: "America" which reports: "...The French government and that  or America have at length composed all their differences by a Treaty of Amity & Commerce which wasa signed at Paris on  the 30th ult...many important point, particularly that of indemnifications for past captures, are left unsettled...Meanwhile the commerce between the two powers is declared free & all the respect due to the most favoured nations is henceforward to be paid to the contracting parties by each other..." with more.
Two of the 3 full page plates called for are present.
Complete in 102 pages, 5 1/4 by 8 inches, very nice, clean condition.
