Page 2 has a rallying call headed: "Alarming Intelligence!" beginning: "Americans! unite, rally round your government--look on Frenchmen with the eye of suspicion & prepare to meet them as enemies with a sword..." and more. Page 3 has a: "President's Message" to the senate, signed: John Adams, plus yet another. Also: "Victory" which is a report on the frigate Constellation capturing the L'Insurgent French frigate.
Four pages, very nice condition.
