THE YANKEE, Boston, Massachusetts, March 4, 1814  The back page carries a nearly three column report "Another Victory Over the Indians" "Copy of a letter from Gen. Jackson, of the Tennessee Volunteers, to Gen. Pinckney" which is signed in type "ANDREW JACKSON, Maj. Gen.". This is a very in-depth report of the battles.
Other news of the day and advertisements are within.
This is complete in four pages, close-trimmed along the right edge which does cause loss of some text, some lite rubbing at fold area, otherwise is in good condition.
Category: War of 1812
