Most of the front page has news from Europe, with one bit noting: "It is the general opinion of the loyalists that Mr. Washington will come over to reside in France as soon as a general peace is concluded." Inside has more European report as well as from the United States, including an item from Boston: "The America, a 74 gun ship, was launched at Portsmouth on Tuesday last." Page 3 also has an address of the officers of the Penna. militia to their commander General James Potter (see), with his response.
Four pages, archivally rejoined at the spine, nice condition. Ornate lettering in the masthead.
