The Boston report concerning exposing those merchants who chose not to conform to the non-importation agreement, noting in part: "Inasmuch as some persons among us have...preferred their own supposed private advantage to the welfare & freedom of America, it is highly proper you should know who they are who...sordidly detached themselves from the publick interest. May this disgraceful but necessary publication of their names lead them to reflect on the baseness of their crime..." with more.
Most of page 4 is taken up with the  letter commonly known as Atticus II, being a fine essay on the growing tensions between England & America (see the web for the full text).
The back page has a report from New York.
