CONNECTICUT MIRROR, Hartford, Nov. 23, 1812 Beginning on the ftpg. and taking much of page 2 are various Acts of the Connecticut legislature, many relating to the War of 1812. Page 2 has a report from Albany which begins: "Gen. Dearborn & suite have left Greenbush for Plattsburgh...The troops...have fallen back to Buffalo...Letters from Plattsburgh army say the British forces have left the vicinity..." & more (see).
