Page 2 has an interesting report which could appear in today's newspapers: "The great national question in Congress appear altogether subservient to party interest. Instead of permanent measures, they are wasting their time in wrangling about a permanent residence. Did the citizens of these states send these men to Congress to be disputing where they should sit & pay them for raising feuds & animosities upon a question no way interesting to the great business of their election?..." with more (see).
