SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN, New York, Jan. 14, 1911 This issue still has the color outer wrappers with the front wrapper labeled "Automobile Number" and featuring a race car seemingly racing a locomotive (see). Very displayable cover with two tears at the margins and a small chip from the right margin (see).
The inside cover is a fullpg. photo captioned: "Thomas A. Edison & His Improved Storage Battery". The contents within are filled with many, many photos & articles on automobiles.
This is complete with some lite dirtiness to the outer cover, lite dampstaining at the right margin edge, a library stamp in the margin area of the front cover, otherwise good.
