Page 2 has a notable article beginning: "The political existence of the United States perhaps depends on the result of the deliberations of the Convention which is to be at Philadelphia next month for the purpose of forming a national government. The necessity of the measure has induced nine states...to appoint delegates to said convention...Rhode Island has refused to cooperate in this business..." with more. A nice item concerning the up-coming Constitutional Convention & its importance.
