...a truly one-of-a-kind collector's item!
This may very well be the best Christmas-themed issue we have ever seen. Not only is it from America's "Christmas City", with Christmas related images and stories throughout (see "additional items" below), but included is the printing of the entire text of "A Christmas Carole, by Charles Dickens", taking 18 pages. To add to the desirability of this issue, the story is illustrated - on every page (see images)!
Additional items include over 100 Christmas-themed illustrated ads, and a front page which includes "The Nativity Story", as recorded in the Gospel of Luke, "Today's Wise Men", "Bethlehem's Bells Ring Message", "Christmas City Joins Nation In Joyous Holiday", and an image of a young child enthusiastically beaming with joy with the caption, "A Scene Like This Will Be Enacted in Many a Home on Christmas Morning".
The issue is complete in two sections, is somewhat fragile with minimal edge chipping, but is overall quite nice.
If you love Christmas, you will not be disappointed.
