CONNECTICUT MIRROR, Hartford, Dec. 10, 1810  Over half of page 2 is taken up with the: "President's Message" signed in type: James Madison. This was his annual state-of-the-union address from not long before the outbreak of the War of 1812.  Other news of the day and various ads. Four pages, bit of fold foxing, nice condition.
