THE MASSACHUSETTS CENTINEL, Boston, July 26, 1788  Page 3 has some discussions on New York working to ratify the Constitution, including: "News from New-York" which notes: "The Poughkeepsie Convention is still sitting...The Antis are trying their hand at a kind of adoption that shall save their reputations with their constituents..." and more, with: "Our Convention are yet wrangling--The opposers of the Constitution wish much to have the voice of the federalist...But the feds are firm--and the antis are obstinate..."  with more (see).
The front page has: "...curious observations on the different degrees of heat...by clothes of different colours...the experiments were made by Dr. Franklin."
Page 2 has an item with discussion on Kentucky joining the Union.
