Page 3 has a nice report on the Custer Massacre, with heads at the top of one of the columns: "Little Horn Massacre" "General News ! " "More About the Massacre". This is a follow-up report with some details including: "...says that Custer's body was not mutilated when found, although the others were. He lay as though asleep, his face tanned and a smile upon his lips. Reno & his remnant of the 7th cavalry must also have fallen had not Gibbons appeared to rescue them...From the appearance of masses of Indians on the bluffs on the left flank of Reno's command, the Indians opened a heavy fire from the bluffs and at the same time charge in front. The troops behaved gallantly driving the Indians back...The Indians charged on foot and made tremendous efforts to rout the soldiers. The fight was desperate and hand to hand..." with much more (see).

Complete in four pages, evenly browned with a bit more browning near the margins, some minor edge tears, slightly fragile so it should be handled carefully.
