FITCHBURG SENTINEL, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, December 9, 1969  This issue contains a photo of the six persons convicted in the Sharon Tate slayings.  Page 7 contains a three column headline: "Texas Rated No. 1; Penn State Second" which tells of the end of  the 1969 college football season contro versy between Texas and Penn State. Mentions in the report of Richard Nixon giving the Longhorns a No. 1 plaque.  Another article is of Mickey Mantle revealing that Hank Aaron is his hero.
