The full front page illustration is entitled "Pickpockets At Work On The City Railroad Cars, New York" Inside the issue contains two half page illustrations: "View Of Bay Street, Savannah, GA" and "Summer Resort At Milneville, LA., On Lake Pontchartrain". The issue contains other news items and advertisement of the day as well.
This is complete in 16 pages measuring approximately 11 x 16 inches and is in nice condition. There is some minor foxing on the front page and a print crease on page 8 which affects some minor text and a half page illustration. See photos for details.
