On the ftpg. under "Events Of The War" & "Splendid Victory On Lake Champlain" and taking most of two wide columns are two letters to the Sec. of the Navy from Comm. MacDonough about the American victory on Lake Champlain, each signed in type: T. MacDonough.
There is also a list of the killed & wounded, plus "statements" of the American and enemy forces involved in the battle. Under "War In The South" is a letter signed in type: Andrew Jackson.
Archival mends to a few spine and edge tears.
