Page 2 has a message from the President to the House of Representatives concerning a treaty with Spain, signed in type: Go. Washington. The letter concerns the ratification of the treaty, and the meeting of the commissioners for running the boundary line between the "territory of the U.S." and the Spanish colonies of east & west Florida.
