The front page has: "Observations on those foreign Horses which are adapted to Racing" with the article beginning: "Arabia...is generally allowed to be forwarder in the improvements of breeding of horses than any other part of the world! (because they have been longer in the practice) and...in all other parts of the world where they are fond of fine horses, they endeavor to improve their breeds from Arabia."

Another page has: "The uses of a Species of Rice, called in America Wild Oats".

The back page has an item noting: "...upwards of 120 Jew families...many of them very rich, had lately embarked...for the isle of Corsica...that the Jews of the Levant had offered a free gift of one million of florins to General Paschal de Paoli..." (see).

The balance of the issue is taken up with various reports from Europe from just 8 years before the outbreak of the Revolutionary War. Many advertisements as well.

Complete in 8 pages, measures 8 1/2 by 11 inches, very minor loss at the top of the first leaf otherwise in very nice condition.
