DAILY EVENING TRANSCRIPT, from Boston, Massachusetts, dated October 4, 1848. Page 2 has a report stating of "Cincinnati is at last to have a hotel worthy of the Queen city. It is to be called the Burnet House, and costs $150,000.... it is expected that Mr. Colman, of the Astor House will become the lessee. So says the Cleveland Herald."
