A back page report from Meadville, Penn. says that Eleven flat-bottom and six keel boats, loaded with salt, passed by this place during the last fresh in the French creek... with details about the quantities, price per barrel and selling price, plus mention that the salt is made in New York and how it is transported to Pennsylvania. Quarto-size, 8 pages in good condition.
