This resolution, along with two other resolutions in the same column, are each signed in type: John Adams, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. Nice woodcut of an eagle and shield, and "Congress Of The United States" at the top of the column. Also a letter to the President from the faculty of St. Johns College in Annapolis, with his gracious reply signed in type: G. Washington. A  bit of wear at the edges with a few minor edge tears, nothing coming close to text, generally in very nice condition. A key issue. 4 pages.
