A half page illustration "A Newsboys' Picnic, Wilmington, Delaware" is by A. B. Frost. "Tom Thumb", whose real name was Charles S. Stratton, article also features an accompanying 1/4 page illustration of him  The issue is complete in 16 pages, in good condition, and contains additional prints and related text.
