Inside is a full page 'Unveiling at Baltimore of the Barye Group'. Other full page illustrations are 'Tobogganing at Saratoga' and 'Hunting on Snow-shoes'. Two half-page illustrations are "Brutal Outrage will not Free Ireland" by Thomas Nast and "Section of a California Big Tree at the New Orleans Exposition".
