HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, November 7, 1868 The front page of this issue features a political illustration by Thomas Nast entitled "Wilkes Booth the Second" with an associated article "The Policy of Assassination". Inside is a very nice full page illustration: 'At the Market, Richmond, Virginia.' Two half-page illustrations are from the Earthquake at Ica, Peru. A full page engraving is of "A Street in Seville, Spain - the Giralda". An article "The Late Dean Milman" also features a 1/4 page illustration of him as well.  A full page illustration of "The Horses' Morning Bath at Calcutta" features an accompanying article. A halfpage: 'Unveiling of the Statue Erected in Honor of Major-General Sedgwick at West Point, New York, October 21, 1868' & a smaller illus: 'Yale School of Fine Arts, New Haven.'
Complete in sixteen pages, in good condition, and contains additional prints and related text.
