Here is the complete and ABSOLUTELY GENUINE issue of THE STARS AND STRIPES military newspaper, the "Mediterranean" edition, dated May 8, 1945. See the photo below for the great and very displayable front page headlines announcing the end of the war in Europe--and great to have this historic report in a Military newspaper! The headlines is personalized a bit for this newspaper, saying the war is "over over here", where the newspaper was published. An unusually worded headline. Although it appears as though the upper right corner is missing, it is not. The corner is just folded down--all is fine! You get the complete 8 page newspaper in nice condition.
