Rare title...

THE EXETER SUN, Exeter, California, 1905 Here is a title I've never had before, and I only have a few issues. From early in the 20th century, various news of the day. An 8 page newspaper evenly browned, loose at the spine, various chipping at the margins. Must be handled carefully.

OGDEN JUNCTION, Utah, 1873 Here is a great paper from Ogden, which is rather close to Promontory Point where the completion of the transcontinental railroad was celebrated just five years previous. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ARGUS, Merced, California, 1877 A four page newspaper with various news of the day and a wealth of ads. I don't find many newspapers from Merced, and I only have a few of this title. Inked stamp in the masthead done by the news agent who originally sold this newspaper. Never bound nor trimmed, some tears and roughness at margins and light browning.
