(10) HARPER'S WEEKLY!  Ten 2nd-rate issues (NOT damaged) from 1866 thru 1890.  This is a nice lot of 10 different dates, in 2nd-rate condition, with a variety of prints in each issue for which this paper is so famous. The set contains issues which range from 1866 thru 1890. A great lot for resale, or for someone wishing to begin a collection.  The images shown are representative of the look and condition of the issues you will receive, but actual issues vary.

HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, May 16, 1868  The front page contains a quarter-page illustration of "George Sands, President of the National Base-Ball Association" with an article headed "The Base-Ball President". Also on the front cover is a half-page illustration entitled " 'See-Saw'--An Illustration for the Juveniles" which shows children see-sawing on a plank over a log.
Many other prints within. Complete in 16 pages, very nice condition.

HARPER'S WEEKLY SUPPLEMENT, New York, October 13, 1877 (print only)  This single-page contains a large illustration entitled "Sketches in Caffraria", measuring approximately 11.75 x 9 inches, includes four scenes from Caffraria, a district extending along the east coast of Africa.
This is a SINGLE PAGE only illustration measuring approximately 16x10.75 inches and is in very nice condition.
