Most of the front page is taken up with: "A Proclamation" which enforces the use of a license to be a peddler.
The remainder of the front page and most of the back page are taken up with other reports from Europe, plus there are several advertisements as well.
Complete as a single sheet issue, 6 3/4 by 11 inches, a few small ink stains on the front page, nice condition.
