This 48 page newspaper has two column headlines on the front page: "Reich Embassy Aids in Paris Shot To Avenge Expulsions by the Nazis" "17-Year-Old Polish Jew Fires Five Shots at Third Secretary, Two Taking Effect--Youth Tried to Reach Ambassador" (see) First report coverage on the shooting death of Ernst vom Rath by Herschel Grynszpan . This was used as the excuse for the Nazi Kristallnacht (night of broken glass) the next few days.
