Page 7 has a 2 column heading: "Southern, Border States Face Big Problems As Court Rules Out School Segregation", followed by the opening lines, "A momentous Supreme court edict, that segregation of negro and white children in public schools is unconstitutional, confronted the south and border states today with vast social and economic problems". Additionally, on page 6 is an article discussing how the NAACP will now petition for public tax funds following the Brown vs. Board of Education ruling.
This 16 page issue has a little browning with binding holes along the slightly rough left spine, but otherwise in good condition.
