THE EVENING TRIBUNE, San Diego, May 17, 1912

* RMS Titanic Sinking disaster
* Investigations continue

The top of the front page has a one column heading: "TITANIC HEARING AROUSING THE INTEREST OF WOMEN" with subheads. (see) Another related item with heading: "Tests Of Newest Style Life Boats On Hudson Prove Most Successful" with related photos and subhead. (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 16 pages, two small, lightly inked library stamps within the masthead, a little irregular along the spine, generally nice.
