The back page has a discussion of the Slave Trade in the House of Commons - a portion which includes an impassioned response by William Wilberforce.
The front page has a review of John Marshall's "Life of Washington" - it being the first biography of a United States President. Interesting to note it was released while he was serving as the 4th Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Complete in 4 pages, a bit of wear, some dampstaining with slight evidence of (inert) mildew stains, in average condition. The two main articles are quite nice. See images for details.
